The Following are the Steps to Follow
Step 1
Download & Install the CloudMigration Webmail Backup Tool.
Step 2
Select the Batch Mode(Backup of Multiple Email accounts).
Step 3
Click on Add Row to add an empty row.
Step 4
Enter your account credentials along with the server details.
Step 5
Tap on Import CSV option → Next.
Step 6
Now select Single Mode(Backup of Single Email Account).
Step 7
Choose the required email client.
Step 8
Enter the account credentials → Login.
Step 9
Expand the tree structure → Verify the details → Next.
Step 10
Save the file in PST or any other file format
Step 11
Apply the additional filters → Next:
- Remove Duplicate Mails: On the basis subject, body, from, to.
- Free up Space & Migrate Emails Without Attachments.
- Date Filter
- Custom Folder Name
- Split Resultant PST File
Step 12
Click Convert to start the process.
Step 13
Lastly, Download the report if needed.
