Download the Hotmail Backup Tool and install the application. Run it as administrator.
At the starting screen, you will see a login page. Enter your Hotmail login credentials and click Sign In.

In the next step, the tool displays all your mailbox items in the tree structure. Select those items that you want to backup and hit Next.

Choose PDF file format from the list.

Tick the Mail Filter option and enter suitable Start Date and End Date. It commands the tool to migrate emails between the specified Start Date and End Date.
Similarly, select the Task Filter feature and fill in the appropriate Start Date and End Date.
The Custom Folder Name feature allows you to assign any desired name to the folder that will store the resultant file. Tick this option and assign the name in the field.
You can also choose the Naming Convention from the list of predefined names.
Now, click on the Path to Save button to define the destination to the resultant file.
At last, click on the Convert button to initiate the backup.
Wait for a while as the tool creates a backup of your Hotmail account. The time taken in the process will depend upon the size of your mailbox.
After completing the process, you can download the conversion report by pressing the Download Report button. To repeat the process, click on the Convert Again button.
Below are the steps to migrate your Hotmail to your Gmail account
Choose Gmail from the list of email clients and file formats.
Enter your Gmail username and app password in the required fields. Click on the Sign In button.
After successfully login your Gmail account, you will need to specify the migration properties.
Select the Remove duplicate mail on basis of to, from, subject, bcc, and body option. It will identify duplicate emails and prevent them from migration.
If you want to export your Hotmail emails without attachments, opt for the migrate or backup email without attachment files. It helps you to migrate only necessary items.
The Mail filter is a date range filter. You can migrate emails of a specific date range using this feature. Select this option and enter suitable Start Date and End Date.
Similarly, tick the Task Filter option and fill in the appropriate Start Date and End Date.
You can also give any desired name to the resultant folder using the Custom Folder Name option. Enable this feature and assign the name in the field.
Finally, click the Convert button to start exporting Hotmail to your Gmail email account.
After completing the process, press the Download Report button to download the conversion report.
You can repeat the process by pressing the Convert Again button.
